How do I stop/cancel future billing of my subscription?

How can I change my password and other information on my account?
We do not allow changing of passwords or account info for security reasons. If your password has been stolen and is fraudulently being used we will cancel your account right away.

I have not recieved my username and password?

How do I know my membership was canceled?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail once you cancel. In order to receive this receipt, it is necessary that you use a valid email address when ordering a service or product.

I can't enter the site with my username and password?
You will have access until your full membership is expired, but once canceled you will not be billed again. Email us, if your account is still active but your username and password are not working. Please remember that cookies must be enabled in your browser!

How often will I be charged for a subscription?
Your account will be charged as stated on the website at the time you subscribe, as well as in the confirmation E-mail.

My card has been fraudulently used in the past, now I can't join?
Anytime fraudulent activity is reported on a credit card (this also includes fighting the charge by your Bank!), The card number is placed in a negative database which prevents any further transactions from you.
